Nevada Bluegrass Assn. "Follow The Music" to THE 25th ANNUAL Bowers
Mansion August 13, 14 and 15, 2010 Bowers Mansion Regional Park Washoe Valley, NV Spend a fun family weekend in the pines, between Reno and Carson City, Nevada, at the 2010 Bowers Mansion Bluegrass Festival. The popular Nevada bluegrass festival, in its 25th year, is sponsored by the Northern Nevada Bluegrass Assn (NNBA) and offers offers one of the best values in arts and entertainment with bands performing some of the finest Americana music around including hard driving blue grass, sweet gospel harmonies, and "old time" music. Also featuring music workshops, food and craft vendors. Camping and free festivities in the tall pines at nearby Davis Creek Campground will round out this weekend!
Three Days of Fun in the Pines! In addition to the Bowers Mansion Festival on Saturday, we have great activities planned on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday morning with other great FREE activities. Friday Night Aug 13th, Bluegrass Show featuring local talent, Davis Creek Amphitheater, 7-10PM - FREE! Saturday Aug 14th, The 25th Annual Bower's Mansion Bluegrass Festival on the grounds of the historic Bower's Mansion Regional Park! Saturday Night Aug 14th, 7PM-??? - Jam around the campfire at the group camping area, Davis Creek Campground - FREE! Sunday Morning August 15th, Gospel Show at the Davis Creek Campground Amphitheater, 10AM - FREE!
