Camping (updated 8/10/08)

NNBA has again reserved the group camp site, a space that will accommodate 100 people using tents, RV's and trailers.  There are plenty of tall pines, group picnic tables, a large BBQ grill, and log benches around a fire ring.  There are no hook-ups, but drinking water and restrooms are on site.  Showers are available in the main campground a short walk away.   Each camper is permitted one vehicle with their fee.  A second vehicle may be permitted if space is available for $5 per day.

Pets are welcome but the campground has some fairly strict rules:  Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, cannot be left unattended, and cannot be left tied up while you are away from the campsite.  Pets are $1 per day extra.

The Group Camping Area for RVs/campers Is Full (we still have room for tents).  Space may be available in the main campground.

RV's and campers can still camp in the main campground.  Space is available on a first come, first served basis.  There are no hook-ups at this park.  Sites are $17 per night, $5 for each additional vehicle, and $1 for each pet.  For more information contact the park office at 775-849-0684 or go to: http://www.washoecountyparks.com/pk_search_results.php
